I would think some of the HK imports are being routed through HK and should really be considered Chinese exports to whatever final destination they go. But to some degree the same is true of most the Asian countries, they are importing components in many cases that will go on to other destinations in manufactured goods. It might be a small percentage however, I have no actual idea.
