Will Waite&See have to file SEC docs when they choose to sell stock? If so, does this filing take place prior to or after the actual sale? JP

I called the company last week and a rep claimed that the web site was "unauthorized" and shut down and that they were putting up a new, official one. Sure. Wally

Afaq; On the SEC subject, my only clue is that, after talking to one of the current crew last week, there was some real nasty stuff going on between regimes (he didn't mention this particular SEC problem). Waite had been involved off and on in some investment consultant capacity with HVSF. Both HVSF and Kostech have told me that HVSF got slaughtered through gross mismanagement (OLD management - NOT current) and that they were bloodied by debentures & shorting. Kostech likes the new management but feels they will have to dig themselves out of a major hole. Disgruntled ex-employees can mean a crooked company OR a crooked ex-employee. It doesn't tell us much. I've heard of p'd off ex-employees sicking the IRS on their old employer just to cause them grief. This situation may go deeper. I'll be anxious to know how deep. I'll keep snooping. Please let us know if you pick up more of this trail. Thanks for the post. Wally

All Rise........ The GrandPohba has arrived!!!!!! At one time, I was one of the most bullish posters on this board. After extensive DD and many phone calls to the company, I found out what a major scam this company is. Please read the following: On Jan 28, HVSF issued a press release stating they would have news(I.R. played it up to be BIG NEWS) from their trip to Europe in 30-60 days. 60 days came and went. No announcement was forthcoming. This was just the beginning of many, many deceptive statements made by this company, which has had 4-5 name changes over the past 4-5 years(the Male Edge, Witch Doctor Bones, others..). Remember the big urology conference in New Orleans last year? HVSF was there, but just had a "bit" part. Remember the big road show to immediately follow this conference? It somehow got "canceled". Remember the "pending" NASDAQ listing? Nothing!! Are you folks aware of the fact that they paid their rent in stock at one time? Are you folks aware of the fact they have had at least 4 Investor relations firms in the past 12 months? Are you folks aware of the fact that they've known their product did not require refrigeration all this time?(Now they tout this as some new discover). Who do you think was selling into the rally this past week? (I'll bet it's somebody who's last name begins with a "W". Somebody made some major sales(PROFITS!!!) to drag it down from $1.75 to .65) I could go on and on........it's the same old line of crap. I will make a prediction....... This stock will trade at .45 by Friday of this week. Also, do not be surprised if trading is halted in this stock. I can't see it NOT happening. GP
