Dear Afaq - Thanks for your post .... it illustrates what is the true nature of these BB stocks and thier risks. Everyone here is trying to decide if the risk is worth the reward, take your chances based on your own DD. We really don't need to hear the BS from folks like GrandPoop or whatever to make our own decisions. Thanks for clear thinking! Mapgo

It is easy to see that it is a typical high risk and high reward micro cap situation. The real risk/reward odds are essentially the same for the insiders as well as outsiders. To develop the product financing is essential. At such an early stage any one risking their capital will expect reward/return. But all financing, in the final analysis, will be tied with the present perceived valuation of the company. At present, that appears to be very low. So, any financing, from insiders or outsiders will reflect that high risk. Afaq: I have to disagree with this statement. The way I read the terms of the financing there is NO risk to Waite and See. The "initiaL' 5 Mil buys 18 Mil shares with a current value of 18 mil....that is IF some of the shares weren't sold during the run up at higher prices. The additional buyins are NOT guaranteed: IF I am reading the release right. The risk/REWARD was KNOWN prior to announcing the "agreement" The fact that the shares are NOT restricted makes this a WIN WIN situation for Waite and See. It almost gives the appearance that Waite and see ,went and saw their advisor Ben Dover and they agreed okay lets lock in a price float some news and see what happens. I am NOT as familiar with this company as you and others on the thread. I "played" it for a few hours earlier in the week came away smiling and now just watch the board out of curiosity. It will be interesting to watch future filing to see IF any shares have been Sold by the good doctors.

Afaq - good points - EXCEPT that the order of the news releases WAS put into a very favorable order for the W&S financing - all positive news AFTER the 10 day averaging period when the stock was at its darkest hour. While it is true anyone of us could (and did in some cases) buy the stock at .30+, had we known about the "good fortune" news releases pending, then we surely ALL would have acted - just like W&S - except we did not have the same priviledged knowledge. And for those of us that have averaged down from2.00 to 1.50 to 1.00 to .50 etc it is hard to keep "going to the well" abscent some good news. And while there is no apparent discount in this round of financing - they did get the advantage of a significantly, perhaps manipulated, low ball pricing basis. Remeber that when Waite became CEO etc the stock was above $1.25 - about wher it is now - but the financing did not come abount until the depressed stock valuation. The true test (and valuation) will come in how management proceeds to use funds and the SPEED at which we progress to Phase II/III trials. And by the way, why isn't HVSF pursuing non-US (ie Mexico, European, etc) approvals which are much easier to obtain? At least then we could get some sales and $$ into the corporation - like Zonagen, etc prior to US approvals. I guess we'll just have to "Waite and See"!!!
