I never liked Behzad or disliked him. Nor do a trust or distrust him. I don't know the man. It's his moment now to shine or to go down in flames. No pressure, dude.

For reference, there are over 5,000 electronic Form 483s issued per year, and that does not include those done manually (half are food related.)

Let's see how this plays out. I'm not making excuses for anyone. I just want to learn more and see what we're up against and what precipitated the decision to issue a CRL.

And I'll say again, I don't think this is a time to robotically submit to government "procedure" and let that dictate your next move. Think outside the box.

Sell the company. Behzad, the crown jewel has a better chance with big pharma taking over. Could take a very long time to resolve this (it could just be a resinspection but that will take months and then what if that fails?). - hand off to someone else. You have done a great job getting us to this point. Here is your chance to go out with a win and your head held high. Check ego at door for the sake of the patients and the shareholders.

He runs a hedge fund. What makes you believe he’s a great leader or someone that can build a build a business, especially one that is in a regulated industry where people’s lives are at stake? I’m sure he had a great year, raked in millions in management fees and incentive overrides. Now let’s see if he can actually create something. I bet (hope) he finds a partner to take this over.

Makes one wonder who is running the company and who SHOULD be running this beast. Can't even get off the ground with this crew.

A person engaged and in charge would have seen this coming... no matter what kind of delusion or illusion...

Is it going to get better once we are approved? What is next with an inept clueless leader... Harsh, but for months he was saying how confident he was.. and as the leader he is held accountable for his words... People died as a result..

Sell the company now, or get somebody in who knows where the bones are hid.
