I agree with you Ali. 17.5% for this deal, further dilution from the prefs, operating costs, carrier costs and salaries means ACTV will have to be a hit in order to cover. However, on the other hand there will be national coverage, if that information is correct. We're soon going to find out what we invested our money in, if there aren't any further delays.

if texas is a hit 17.5% is nothing there are a total of 20 regions. The investor who put up 5 million is taking big risk for a nice return. If Texas doesn't get subscribers in which I think they will , but if they don't investor loses big time. It's a great deal. We have enough cash in Texas to take us till were profitable. Investor has 18 months to make a decision on either 17.5% or 1.1 million. Buy the way the Owner of Lebra put in 1 million on the deal. The nine regions have nothing to do with the financing of nine regions.
