I agree with all!

One BIG reason it is hard to have another MSFT (or Giggle for that matter) is the regulations on small PUBLIC companies to report cost about $5M a year.... so they stay small until they become unicorns and go public. That means the very wealthy (qualified to invest in non public companies) get more wealthy and we hear more yacking about income inequality caused by the very people that wanted to over protect those that are yacking now.

I added an update to my Dec. 11, 2018 article:

I have a nice gain and took some profits... but it remains the only stock in my portfolio I'm in the red on.
