Here in So Cal, you can still get a great meal at the Vietnamese & Korean restaurants for 7 to 15 dollars. I have gotten so accustomed to eating at them that I would sorely miss them if I ever moved. The food is great.

Hi Kirk,

I agree with everything you wrote.

20 bucks for a burger!!

I hate to even type this, but it is my history.

When after watching a high school basketball game, most kids went out to get a burger and fries, my buddy and I went to his house for a great homemade bread sandwich. We did that because we had cars and dreams of making those cars better looking and faster.

My Mom told me never to put money in a pool table - you put money in it and never get anything out of it. Today kids don't buy things because the experience is more important! huh?

That's just pretty much hog wash.

They've been brainwashed into blowing their money and accepting never having material things and forgoing the pride that ownership of material goods brings.

I love that picture!

Every time I see that I laugh, and show it to my wife.

I want to be with those guys - note no helmet!

They are fearless!!

Bulletproof and in their eighties - still laughing.

It took a long time, but we are the lucky few who have put away some great stocks.

Thanks for reminding me!

Bob
