Below is a portion of an 8-k filed by Bingo & Gaming International on 1-12-98. It appears they are changing outside auditors (including a reaudit of 1996). Could this be at the request if AB&G as part of the DD for the three Mississippi Bingo halls? Otherwise it is quite a coincidence.

BDO Seidman, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, of Austin, Texas,
audited the financial statements of the Company for the calendar years ended
December 31, 1996 and 1995 (which accompanied its Form 10-KSB Annual Report
for the calendar year ended December 31, 1996, filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission on April 17, 1997), December 31, 1995 and 1994 (which
accompanied the Company's Form 10-KSB Annual Report for the calendar year
ended December 31, 1995, filed on or about April 12, 1996), and December 31,
1994 and 1993 (which accompanied its Form 10-KSB for the calendar year ended
December 31, 1994, filed on or about April 14, 1995).

Effective January 5, 1998, the Board of Directors engaged Brown,
Graham & Company, PC, Certified Public Accountants, of Austin, Texas, to audit
the financial statements of the Company for the calendar years ended December
31, 1997 and 1996. These financial statements will accompany the Company's
Form 10-KSB Annual Report for the calendar year ended December 31, 1997, which
will be timely filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Separately, regarding the other issue it is quite possible that the "new guys" just aren't used to having others make decisions about their businesses. Keep in mind that they are used to being their own bosses and it may take awhile for them to feel comfortable otherwise. In the meantime, conflicts may arise. Of course, JMO

Like Peter Lynch says.....EARNINGS, EARNINGS, EARNINGS !

Like everyone else on this thread, I'm concerned about recent events regarding management snafu's, but in the long run the only thing that really counts is earnings and the balance sheet. Nothing has changed for the worse in this area, in fact it has improved significantly in the past couple months.

All the current tribulations are meaningless if the earnings reports for Q4 and FY 97 look great. If the company continues to expand, and earnings continue to grow at this exceptional rate, no one will care if there's a power struggle or not. Besides, all of the parties involved in this alleged squabble have a vested interest in the stock price. I would become more concerned if these squabbles began to affect the bottom line...something we should all be on the look out for.

Finally, I really couldn't care a hoot about short term price fluctuations....that's to be expected when you invest in BB's and other microstocks. If you want stability and security, stick with the big boys. I invest for 2-3 year holding periods (at least), and will only sell when it appears that the long term prospects have diminished significantly. One of the reasons I don't post very much on this thread, is because 80-90 % of the traffic is short term (VERY short term) oriented, and not of much interest to me.

Just one guy's humble opinion...
Vinnie

P.S. I really wish folks who slammed this stock and sold out their position would just stay away....I could do without the "I told you so's".
