Pugs, RMIL SOLIDARITY!!!

Solidarity is the important point, not the silence before the storm.
There may be a storm a brewin' but it is in regards to the merger and the money not coming through. If this does not occur as promised, the
only chance for the company to survive is for a private U.S very dilutive placement on a much smaller scale; example, $2,500,000 raised through the sale of 5,000,000 shares.

Current financials must be released, it may be to the advantage of shareholders to inquire about the financials, who has been working on them, how close to completion, and if the accounting firm Lazar (sp?)
is owed more than $100,000 as I mentioned some time ago?

I understand they do have a new accountant willing to do the financials in Florida, but they will need Lazar to sign off and turn over their work papers which they will not do unless they are paid.
Shareholders may want to verify this information and confirm its' accuracy.

Shareholders may also want an update regarding the merger and the money. It is extremely important that the company close this long awaited merger. They have been advertising itself as a water bottler for sometime now, and even changed their name to reflect their new direction with RMCW. This is not within the business norm.

Just thought I'd throw out here that according to Mike K, he does not post here because Principal has asked him not to. It has nothing to do with Everen. He is still an employee of Principal and will be subject to the policies of Principal, not Everen, until April or May, when he will become an Everen employee.

He was asked to quit posting as a direct result of Pugs' activities. Those activities included totally bogus complaints, as well as the posting of the names of innocent employees here for other like-minded people to harrass. He did the same with female employees of the NASD and the SEC, who I'm certain are much less than pleased with that.

Personally, I'm still outraged, and will continue to be, about the methods that were used to silence someone who disagreed, despite that person's strong track record of being right about such things. That Pugs resorted to such tactics is, IMO, one of the stronger signals that this is a scam and that he is knowingly taking part in it.

Pugs, how goes your campaign to silence tonto?

Who's next?

Have you considered the fact that Mike might very well have come up with something in support of your case eventually? Had you accomplished the same thing with tonto, you never would've found out about Fiero, which is a potential smoking gun in support of your own assertions.

You seem to have a real problem with those who can present facts and want to discuss your "facts", and resort to deplorable means to silence them when they keep refuting the opinions you want to present as facts.

So far, your bag of tricks has included harrassing employers, harrassing the NASD and the SEC, threatening legal action, and slamming people and their stocks in other threads based on nothing more than your hatred for those people.

It all really sickens me, and I wish you'd follow Riley's lead. The route he chose was the lesser of two evils and goes a long way toward damage control, but you're thwarting his efforts by your continued actions.
