> I gather from talking to people and listening to the news that most people think Clinton did it. That's not the same as depriving him of due process.

What do you mean? In a democratic society when the faith of a person is at the hands of the ordinary citizens, depriving that person of due process is not the issue but achieving the justice can be a problem!

I am originally from Iran (been here over 19 years and have never been back), but from what I hear from within the country the justice system is based on hear-say and a person is guilty until proven innocent (and the so called due process is nothing but a joke over there!) Over the past few years I have come to believe that even in a democratic society such as the US, the final justice is often achieved from how public opinion is shaped by the media (and not neccessarily the facts), and the so called due-process is simply a formality! Most often, though, the media does mean good, however this good intention is usually can be changed in the direction that buys them the highest ratings!

All said I guess what I am saying is I do not like to see Clinton going down. And again I honestly do not believe he is that stupid to do such a thing while in office with the entire country (if not the world) watching him.

Since people tend to just accept the allegations as facts without questioning what is said, how about a change? ha? How about it? And Paying some attention to the other side also, and just for a second presume that all the nonesense said about these sexual affairs are simply untrue, rather than saying the officials are the ones who are liars?
