Cody , you wrote:

One that I have been kicking around would limit the percentage of options granted to any employee that could be repriced to 25 percent. This would prevent the wholesale repricing of Bermans grants and prevent he and others from escaping the pain that the rest of the stockholders have felt.<<<

Great idea!!! Woyanne reposted it at Yahoo by the way. No luck getting a corporate charter yet but I plan on calling Hopkins this week to find out about that and a few other issues.

I'll try posting the relevant parts of the charter when I get it.

Dennis

Hi Cody,

I called Mr. Brimmer each of the last two days but only get his voice mail. Waited for a return call from him today but to no avail. So I tracked down the investor information number for the SEC while I was waiting. I'll call them tomorrow and find out what sort of legal ground we'll be on in regards to placing issues on the annual meeting agenda and organizing individual investors to look after their own interests on the board. (How's that for a novel idea.) Then I'll compose my request to RAIN for information per the SECs guidance.

Regards,
Dennis
