A whole group of the population thinks we'll all live in dense apartment buildings and pay cars with or without drivers to deliver us to our destinations. I DO NOT like the idea that we allow unconstrained growth then higher and higher taxes to subsidize the poor who are gentrified by this growth that only benefits builders, real estate agents and city government members struggling to ad tax revenue without adding services (ie build office space but no housing). I reject the whole idea that we need to keep growing but few want to listen...
