Please bear in mind that Ludwick, Severino and Schmidt's tenure as employees of Bay Networks was ended last fall. It may very well be that these exercises were of the "use it or lose it" variety.

They may have been forced into exercising at this time, but it is still positive that they didn't immediately sell.

Of more interesting note is that Rynne, our CFO, exercised and held his options.
