I used the full population assuming that after a few years, everyone will get it.


I cannot even remember when I last got the flu. At least 20-25 years and I'm 75. And yes I faithfully get the flu shots.

Don't get too hung up on some peoples superior math skills Kirk. Most of the math discussed here on this subject so far appears quite simple. Also one should be respectful but equally leery of all the so called Statistical models preaching apocalypse 101--maybe so, maybe not--facts set in concrete, never-the-less, often move.

Remember several coastal areas are supposed to be several hundred feet underwater by now according to numerous statistical models from the past. Perhaps the models were flawed OR the circumstances changed--same results.

How it really is can only be fully known in hind-site if at all. Indeed so called experts will probably argue about how it really was/is for decades.
