I thought we had a big problem in this country because a lot of men just don't "get it". Ummm. I feel that serious sexual harassment is a genuine problem: cases in which women are outnumbered, hasseled by all the guys in the office/plant. But in most cases these things can be dealt with. I've had my own experiences. You tell your lecherous employer you're not interested, and you make it very clear. Always worked for me.
