Haim, My view is not that different but I have some knowledge of immunology, having worked in drug design and spent a wee bit of time in this area. 1.) Development of vaccines,,, is not simple. You can design a vaccine to one virus/target interaction and completely let the virus find another. This is particularly disconcerting regarding recent reports that COVID 19 attacks T-Cells. I am not a conspiracy theorist. but if T-Cell death in addition to non-immune cell targets then nature could not have designed a better virus. The T-Cell study was published and is peer reviewed, Chinese and US based authors. A reservoir of cells that allow virus to replicate and grow in is a on theory advanced for why not everyone builds immunity. The complexities here are very complicated. scmp.com nature.com 2.) Stimulating an immune system is a not exactly as simple as a bottle of Goop so I am dubious on such thoughts, sans Chinese Medicine hocus pocus, Why? Is much more reasonable that top down, eat this get that encompasses all molecular pharmacology, magic bullets, etc needed to measure patient outcomes,,, + have benefit of 1000's of years of this or that,,, observational non-Da Vinci like empirical analysis. Why i mention both of these things. Did not see much discussion here, but want to entertain this for just a moment: Therefore full open source disclosure is essential and to put the blame on population X or Z is completely counterproductive and leads only to unnecessary tensions, friction and potential revengeful wars and as proven in Wohan the death of innocent MD and other people that warned the authorities of the upcoming disease. Much much work is being done between Chinese and western scientists. But if your country was under steady assault from Western geopolitics, conspiracy theorists, outright lies, and your economic future put in jeopardy what would you do? They are just not consistent with actual spread of disease and where things came from. The virus was in EU at the time of first bans from China. This information was known! And we let people fly into NYC? Keep subway open because have no tests? Sorry,,,, but nobody will ever convince me that this had a large element of gross incompetence among our public health and government officials. The idea of cover ups by chinese is as just as good as the idea that team USA withheld testing to have plausible deniability. The day the first case of unknown origin was found they should have locked down NYC (where they had known cases) and every city area they could find. The conspiracies conveniently forget Ebola, Dengue, MERS, Zika, Yellow Fever, Malaria, Measles, Diphtheria, It's a giant story concocted by to create geopolitical strife IMO.

Hello Haim, I wonder how the various Teams would respond should some heretofore unknown virus make appearance, again, say in a few years time, Or - should CoVID19 do an encore, now that it is loose and about in November, 2020, Or - should CoVID19 simply decide to loiter and hangout. As often noted, fear is a survival trait and panic is rational, but panic is best when done early. In the meantime I am definitely not wasting time as would politicians to affix blame anywhere except to take note that along with everything else, politics and geopolitics these times dictate the ‘weaponisation’ of just about everything. IOW, it is of less interest what is being weaponised, but more riveting as macro backdrop, that everything is being weaponised. I do not see any lines demarcating boundaries of the trade, tech, currency, info, and pandemic hype war(s). From where I sit all the wars are the same war. As wars go, the war has already cost plenty, certainly had enough turns, and no hint of ending. Putting the geopolitics aside for a moment, I cannot help but ponder, that maybe, - Virus bad (especially as more die because of it) - Lockdown worse (especially as time line drags out) - Money dilutions ramp, deficits blow out, debt balloons (especially as they all contribute to the next crisis) And all contributes to the weakening of planetary schema, so that there is that much less wherewithal to weather the next storm of any sort. If above is a correct way to look at what the above is describing, then am guessing that the admittedly useless gold has a role in our baggage for the journey. But yes, besides gold there be palladium, and if palladium, then also platinum, None different than any other naturally occurring element, except having a slightly more transparent even if opaque but necessary market.
