You are being facetious. If you ever studied the 2008 financial crisis you would know that our Central Bank not only colluded with other Central Banks of the world and even helped to finance them, but to this very day, has kept secret the amount of collusion. There has been no audit of the Fed. Our Central Bank is a privately held body.

It is obvious that you do not understand.
