If you look at a chart of the total monthly deaths over time compared to the average monthly total deaths over the past decade, you will see that there is a huge increase in the number of deaths in March and April 2020. Something is happening this year that is making people die at a much greater rate than other years.

Next time I run across the chart, I'll post it to you.

Best wishes,

I2

This isn't the chart that I was looking for, but it portrays similar data. The chart is a plot of the average number of total deaths per week for various European countries, as compared to the total number of deaths per week in 2020.

This is total deaths from all causes. It is obvious that the total deaths per week jump way higher in March and April of 2020. Something is increasing the death rate significantly! It must be the pandemic.

Best wishes,

Here's another chart showing similar data, only from NYC.

The chart shows the number of deaths from all causes.

Best wishes,

Here's another chart showing total deaths per day in Spain each year from 1941 - 2020. The deaths this year are plotted in a yellow-gold color.

It's obvious that the number of people dying in Spain this year is way higher than any other year in the recent past. Covid-19 is really deadly.

Best wishes,
