Hi Kirk, That gear looks so light weight and easy, BUT It must require incredible mid body core strength. He's holding that wing with a one hand casual grip - it appears, <good luck with that for a newbie!> My neighbor is out there with a big wide board. when he catches the wind it makes a big slappiing sound and when there is a good wind, he gets up of the foil, but it looks cumbersome and heavy. That wing dinging looks like so much fun. Have your tried it? Bob
