I agree, and if a worst case scenario arises...it will still mean business as usual until the new requirements can be satisfied. Isn't there an adage that goes something like...if investors are not climbing a 'constant wall of worry' they own shares in the wrong stock?

Note that in reply to one of Frank's post on Dec 16, I calculated that ACMI was about $400,000 short on the Net Equity requirement for staying on the National Nasdaq listing:
