I certainly remember what he did; I don't remember him paying any price, other than having to leave the White House. Had he not been pardoned, he would have been convicted for running a criminal enterprise. What Clinton is alleged to have done bears no resemblance, in either scope or severity, to Nixon's depradations on the Presidency, the Constitution, and the country.

Although I can't believe that Will meant to equate the two, it is true that the political right wing would love to "even the score", or appear to do so.

....as you remember what Nixon did and paid the price for doing and what Clinton is doing and is trying to deny doing so that he doesn't have to pay the same price.

Nixon wasn't just boffing an intern.
