I can certainly understand how difficult it can be to field the same questions from many different people.

I am not one to ask a lot of questions at this point, because most of my questions will be answered when we see some audited financial statements from the company. Until that happens, all we are doing is guessing and guessing and speculating and wasting a lot of time and energy.

I truly hope that the company will do its part in getting its financials out there as has been committed to happening on or around February 1st. I want to see AUDITED financial statements because then we will all know that they have been reviewed by an independent accountant, and the company will then be truly accountable.

It has been stated earlier that it is important to know the terms of the overseas financing. I agree, as if there are convertible securities involved, this could impose future dilution to a large scale. I would hope that the terms of this credit line would be disclosed by the company in the near future, it would be reassuring for that to happen.

In closing, I would simply say that I remain patient and optimistic, but I carry a message that I would like to share with those on this thread and Mr. Monas... I believe that Mr. Monas has stated that FAMH seeks to be listed on NASDAQ or AMEX. If that is the case, I would strongly suggest that the company endeavor to conduct itself like a company which is listed on NASDAQ or AMEX by fully disclosing its financial statements and financial condition to the public.

Conference calls and promotions are great, but if you want to play in the big league, you've got to be ready to operate like you're in the big league from a financial reporting standpoint.

Enough said, sorry to be so long winded.

David

TO: ALL FAMH THREAD PARTICIPANTS!

In response to Brad's posting where he indicated that Ira called him with the recommendation that we appoint an FAMH Thread spokesperson to compile questions!

I am in complete agreement, in that I would much rather have Ira putting his efforts and energies into building the FAMH shareholder value , rather then rehashing the same questions repeatedly throughout the course of a day!

I would imagine that we have several competent individual participants on this thread, but it's my guess that the fact that Ira called Brad, as a sounding board, is an indicator to me ( in my own opinion) that he feels comfortable in communicating with Brad, as the spokesperson for the FAMH Thread!

From a selfish standpoint I see having Brad, as the FAMH Spokesperson as a candidate that would be able to maximize the information and answers to questions that we FAMH Thread participants put forward!

I do want to make it clear, that by nominating/appointing Brad as FAMH Thread Spokesperson, in my opinion, it in no way reduces nor relinquishes Cheryl's role as this thread's leader!

I view Brad's role as a "Special Assignment!" that will end when we are satisfied that we have the answers to our combined questions!
( Could be a day, or it could be two years! Yikes???)

Cheryl's role is the leader! ( in my opinion!) That is a lifelong responsability, or at least until Cheryl advises us otherwise!

If Cheryl moves on , then so do I! She is someone that I can count on from day one on this thread!

So in closing? My personal support remains behind Cheryl as our FAMH Thread Leader, and Brad is my choice as FAMH Thread Spokesperson! Brad! I realize that it will be a lot of work and time involved! Please advise if you are prepared to make the committment on our behalf! I for one would be most grateful! Thanks in advance! But don't feel any pressure! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

To make this easy on all of us, why don't we try this! If anyone is adamantly against Brad, being our spokesperson, then feel free to post who your choice is! But then in turn, would that person that is newly nominated speak up and let the thread know of your committment to the task! Thanks in advance!

Let's give this until tomorrow evening, let's say 6:00 P.M. EST, if there is no one jumping up and down to take on this time consuming and thankless job, and assuming that Brad, still wants to consider doing it, then at 6:00 P.M. tomorrow ( Wednesday Jan. 28th.) the bell will ring, and Brad can get on with the task at hand!

There is of course the area of compensation or remuneration for the spokesperson? I have a feeling that Brad, will find payment enough by helping his fellow FAMH Thread members! So let's try to give him some slack, and not try to attack any/all information that he brings back as Spokesperson! ( Assuming that he wants the task?).

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
