Something I was wondering about that you may know the answer to: The primary booster is the one recovered. Is or was there ever any intent to recover the 2nd stage as well? I guess most of the cost is in the primary. Plus the second stage is released at such a high altitude it probably burns up on re-entry.

I was sad they lost video for the rocket landing as that is probably the most impressive thing
Astonishing that we can land this rocket on a moving target in the ocean but can't keep a simple video camera plugged in to record the landing.
