Starr, as a prosecutor, has a legal responsibility to find out how the tapes were acquired;

Tripp "had to know" that what she did was illegal? So it's OK to participate in illegal acts in Maryland as long as you say you "didn't know" they were illegal? Now that's a stretch;

The DA says that Tripp will not be prosecuted? Stay tuned;

Tripp made the tapes in Virginia, many at the Pentagon;

FBI tapes are never "legal under any scenario"; they must have permission.
