Well, as far as investors are concerned, it appears that they view the threat to the President is over, and are now focusing on earnings and other relevant stuff.

In about a week or so, this whole thing will end with a whimper, and as far as the mainstream is concerned, the show would be over. Of course, the rabid rumor-mongering dogs will continue to bark into the night for a little longer.
