Again, Duncan, I must disagree. In much the same way that Nixon's presidency was successful, Clinton's is successful. In fact, more so - Clinton will very likely leave the US with a much more secure economic position than did Nixon. And Clinton's alleged peccadillos have far less to do with effective governance than did Nixon's.

What presidencies have you appreciated most?
