Super article Michael!
Lt. Kelley was forced to resign. Why should the same not apply to Clinton. Do we have a caste system here in USA; I thought that was reserved for India?

Michael,
Please understand! I'm not advocating that since "everyone" in politics does evil things that we should condone what Clinton "is probably" guilty of. My problem is the venom and hatred that is being employed and the scurrilious attacks being made and even about their daughter on this thread. Clinton has already been tried and convicted without even being officially charged with anything.

As for your question about Bush, it is obvious that maybe you aren't familar with his "track" record.

As for your question about the military and certain individuals losing their career, the answer is very simple. The various military branches have a Code of Conduct in which an individual takes and signs when they join that branch of the military. It is only when an individual has been 'CHARGED WITH BREAKING THIS CODE" AND when they have been "CONVICTED" by a peer group that they face being discharged from the military.

For you to imply that Clinton is immune to such a penalty is totally wrong. If and when Clinton is "CHARGED WITH A CRIMINAL ACT" and is found "GUILTY", I think it safe to say he will lose his career. Our judiciary system is has been in place for over two hundred years and has proven to be a fairly desirable system for many. However for you it appears that you want to cast it aside for Clinton. However, I would predict that if you ever found yourself in a legal situation you would want the system to work as it has for low these many years. I hope you understand why your railing against the military justice and Clinton's predicament are one and the same.
