The element of time is very much against her. The statements that she has been bragging about it, made by her ex-drama teacher, even if she truly was harassed, would greatly damage her claim. I am unaware of any protest that she may have made officially, or otherwise, at the time. If you would open the door to the removal of a President on such a thin claim, then we would be setting an incredible precedent for the future.

Whether or not a harassment charge is made, Clinton's biggest headache at the moment is the threat of perjury / witness tampering charges. We will have to wait and see how this all plays out, but these are extremely serious allegations.

This is far more serious than a simple case of bad judgement (on the part of a man, by the way, whose single most important job requirement, by far, is always to exercize *good* judgement.) And, now that this matter has achieved critical mass in the media (not to mention these 3000+ posts on SI -- a financial website, after all,) it will not go away, whatever conspiracy theories Hillary concocts.
