Tax rates? What were they under Obama? Market indexes just about tripled in 8 years. Economy grew out of a deep hole. Trump was handed the best economy ever to an incoming president (so I've been told). Trump runs up a TRILLION dollar deficit, "before" the virus hits. My vote will be for character above all. I can live with 4 years of slow Joe. My guy Kasich endorsed him and I am going with his judgement. Stay safe out there with those fires. I was caught on the road with one in Fla. years ago. Very scary. RDK

Trump is ahead on the economy. Biden is ahead on everything else. I am guessing that the economy will trump <g> the everything else, especially since so many people are out of job. But who knows, maybe Biden manages to get his act together on that. To be honest I am not happy about either choice...then again, on rare occasions that I had a choice I was happy with I ended up unhappy after he took office. So I guess I should just resign myself to be unhappy with the WH no matter who is in the office.

Today's Democrat party resembles a Saturday Night Live skit from the 1980s and 1990s (back when they had comedy geniuses on staff) It is so far out in left field it is almost a parody of itself. It is a surreal experience to watch them behave. As if they were all brainless zombies with a bad case of rabies. I feel I am qualified to make this judgment since at one time in my life I was an active member of that party. It was never perfect but now it is just outright criminally insane.
