You could well be right, Christine. Nonetheless, unless there is hard evidence corroborating the tryst, I think the public will side with Clinton over Ken Starr. The latest disclosure that Starr gave advice to Paula Jones' lawyers while IC is yet another example of his partisan nature.

We will certainly have a cooling off period for the time being. I'm like you, I think people are basically sick and tired of having the press ram this stuff down our throat(no pun intended). Clinton camp will be tight-lipped(no pun intended) from here on out since there is a legal investigation going on. Whitewater has taken nearly four years, and I see this as being no different. Slick might be back home playing banjo music with his childhood friends before this thing materializes.
