Does anybody know the details on the GENESIS project talked about in the CHECKFREE Conference Call. They mentioned it a lot, but never described it in detail. What risk is involved? Sounds like it is the cornerstone to CheckFrees future.

>>>Now as I see it...If Intuit is consolidating bills...I guess if you don't have Quicken98.

Answering my own question....and thinking out loud.

Intuit IS consolidating bills....there's a good amount for starters in there. I'm not tipping the hat because nobody else is, surfice it to say what they said, 'some of the largest billers in the World'. If you want to get an idea......go buy a copy of Quicken98....and figure it out for yourself.

Therefore.....expect more & more banks comming online at an ever increasing rate...so that customer, me & you, can initiate the payment side of the bill cycle thru their 'own bank' thru Quicken98.

If you don't have or use Quicken98 I'm sure that Checkfree has the online banking function ready to roll for, get the bill & pay it, that can be performed at your banks' site. Banks will have to do it to compete...is no longer a matter of if...or when....its now or never.
