Hi Kaly,

Welcome aboard!

To answer your question, 1 share of the ADR (namely SAPHY) is worth 1/3 of the preferred share of SAP traded on Frankfurt exchange.
Now you do the math.:-)

Regards,
Ibexx

PS: You forgot to mention that R/3 is--and has been--y2k compliant.
The much touted y2k niche companies might not serve their purposes if small and medium size companies install SAP's simplified R/3 packages.

FYI,

check out SAP's AcceleratedSAP implementation methodology which is specifically geared towards small and medium size businesses. AcceleratedSAP program was created in part to address implementation cost and implemetation timeline. This program when followed in implementation, basically sets a goal of implementing within 6 months of the project kickoff OR LESS. There are numerous success stories out there of using this approach where their customers went live in a lot shorted time spans sometimes as fast as 12 weeks.

HTH,
Umnik
