anecdotes aren't facts, I deal in facts.

Former (Democratic) Governor Rod Blagojevic of Illinois was interviewed the other day
If the question is, "‘are the Democrats stealing votes in Philadelphia?'’ then my answer is,
"‘is the Pope Catholic?"
It’s a time-honored tradition in big Democrat-controlled cities like Chicago, my home town, Philadelphia, to do precisely what they’re doing.

You may want to study Benford's Law (it's math) which seems to apply everywhere (incl cities such as Miami and Dallas) except in Atlanta, Philly, Detroit and Milwaukee.

Once is an accident.
Twice is a coincidence.
Three or more is wilful enemy fire.

I am not the one with confirmation bias.
