Tumbleweed, In reference to your statement "I would need every merc Executive Outcomes could supply", can you explain Executive Outcomes activities in Sudan and who is financing them? Also sounds like the SPLA is waffling on the concession partners, one minute they are ready to write out a check to compensate them and send them home on the next bus, then, the next minute they will never be forgiven. In that sense, I think Chevron will never again get involved in this can of worms known as Sudan politics because after investors pour hundreds of millions into an investment for the development of a country it seems like there will always be an excuse or reason to say "thanks sucker", now good bye.
