Yes, I think that Amendment should be repealed. Our founding fathers knew what they were doing, instead we turn it into a popularity contest. Even more so, I think the President should be elected by the electoral college...which back in the beginning, if I remember my history, was the House and Senate. If they reverted back to that system I think it would be easier to get a top flight President, especially these days with TV and all...when was the last time an ugly guy got elected? (LBJ doesn't count).
