Interesting. For my Weatherby 300, I pay up and use Weatherby Accubonds. It is consistent and I can shoot it with confidence when I am hunting. My glass cost more than my rifle! A Leica 6.5-26x56. Coupled with my range finder that corrects for angle, and wind meter and table, makes for accurate shooting. Something about making a long shot is very satisfying:-)

I like the Hornady Critical Defense hollow points. In the tests I've read, those rounds have some of the best expansion in small caliber pistol rounds. They are one of the few that have sufficient expansion in 380 that I've seen.
