Yes clearly you need to give us some answers. who what how why and when. We know the who and the when. We sort of know the what. How about the how and why? Then there is the what next? Where do the two big moves stand": JV and NASDAQ resolution?

When will you give the shareholders the reason for the sudden resignation of Peter Gombrich? This sudden departure is very disturbing as to the veracity of the management and the board of directors. We shareholders need some explanations FAST. George

Dana, Is the resignation of Peter Gombrich related to the formation of OncoMedics with Sakura and other strategic partners? Will Peter still be chairman of OncoMedics? Is the formation of OncoMedics still on track with Sakura and other strategic partners? Is the resignation of Peter Gombrich related to the company's current discussions with NASDAQ?
