If they wouldn't waste time and convict them and then do them in within a very short time lets say 10 to 30 days. And let it be put on TV I think it will start to deter them. If they steal, cut off a finger. If they do it again, cut off another. Again, cut off a hand, and so on. Sooner or later, It will work. Guaranteed! I agree however, it has to be proven without any doubts. I know if I knew for sure I would be put to death, I wouldn't do it. Or I wouldn't steal and lose a finger. Would YOU? KZAP
