Sigmund, How would you expect a company to tell shareholders in advance that the CEO was preparing to resign? A company can't issue a press release saying that the CEO is thinking about resigning in a few weeks, followed by another press release stating that the CEO is probably going to resign next week followed by a resignation! The way it was handled today is probably as well as you could do it! Short and sweet and to the point. I trust that Dana will follow up with some additional insight to as to what is going on in the near future! Cisco
