In the latest SEC form 10QSB (january 12) the company states that it loaned to a group of Information Technology Companies about 5,600,000 dollars and guaranteed a 1,300,000 dollar bank line of credit. PCTH was planning to acquire these companies but the deal did not go through and now PCTH seems to have problems to collect the loans from those companies.

$6,900,000 is a big amount for a small company like PCTH.

Does anyone has more information about these loans?

Hi Raymond,

Nice volume today. Looks like it wants to stay above $5.

Your thoughts?
