Apple to Air New TV Spot Tonight on ABC

CUPERTINO, California--Feb. 4, 1998--Apple Computer, Inc. today announced it is launching a 30 second television commercial, as part of its "Think different" advertising campaign, scheduled to air several times during ABC's prime time line-up tonight beginning at 8:00 pm PST.

"This is the first new television spot since the launch of our ground
breaking 'Think different' campaign," said Steve Jobs, Apple's interim
CEO. "This commercial gets to the core of why customers should be buying Apple products."

Hopefully it will sell boxes and create interest in the stock

Regarding the above... If that's all the Apple Store-within-a-store locations that Comp USA currently has and Apple accounts for 13 percent of CompUSA's sales... Imagine what percentage it would be if CompUSA got ALL of they're stores up and running with the Apple Stores!?
