Hi Kirk, Good point about being able to enjoy your home and have a great investment at the same time. I've always worked hard to maintain and improve my home. It is a source of pride for me. Reit di have a bit of an obsticle to do better as the taxation is greater vs dividends. I got out of REIT's just before the Covid Occurred, just lucky. Bob
