Then you can have your taxes. You may find for example that it is much cheaper to provide community centers, subsidized daycare, and so on that to keep people in prisons. Then you can have a discussion on whether or not it is worth it to spend so much money on vinegar when a drop of honey can do the job better. Of course, that will require many Americans to have philosophical heart attack.
