shifted away from the taxes and towards having a better system. Are you proposing a mandatory kumbaya moment ? I don't think you can fiddle in the middle of capitalism without those using 'rule of law' to find a loophole to anything you do. The best way is to blend out the reward system for participating in the capitalist enterprises. I think if a wealth tax were done properly it could result in a W2 bonus, instead of a tax, for all those working. A universal form of profit sharing. That would provide an incentive for on-books jobs.
