Interesting:

1. More than 800,000 shares

2. Do we have any idea as to the explanation of the amazing coincidence that these sales happened within minutes of Mr. G's "resignation"?

3. Do we have any idea as to how the purchase by the MM was arranged? It is hard to imagine that the MM just saw this large increase in volume and made a split decision to purchase all stock offered at $1 1/4.

4. Sounds like this MM will have a sizable inventory for some time. They must have some substantial confidence that they will be able to get more than $1 1/4 for it at some point.

5. Is anyone tracking this? The number of shares captured at the bid versus asked price? Maybe we can estimate when this overhang is used up. Also if it is not used up, and the price also increases, it might tell us that the MM is perfectly willing to hold on to this inventory. That would be a good sign.

6. As long as the MM is willing to stockpile this stock, I am prepared to hold mine also.
