There is not going to be any "war" between the USA and Russia. It's the last thing that the USA, i.e. Biden Administration, wants. In addition it is the last thing that any Western European country wants, most especially Germany as it desperately needs that Russian gas to be supplied to itself via the Nord Stream 2 Pipeline. What we have is a BELLIGERENT Ukraine, with an ex-comedian for a President, who refuses to carry out his OBLIGATIONS in terms of the MINSK AGREEMENT which requires him to enter into Negotiations with the TWO Breakaway states of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The MINSK AGREEMENT is INTERNATIONAL LAW, having passed through the UN SECURITY COUNCIL as RESOLUTION 2202 (2015), which the USA must also have agreed to as it is a PERMANENT MEMBER of the UN Security Council.
