[ If Adaptec can be only be more honest, the public will be more responsive. ] I agree, and as I've stated before, the problems at Adaptec have more to do with management than product. Eventually the stock will be back where it was when this whole campaign of misinformation (partial information at best) began. By then Adaptec will have repurchased most if not all of the 10 million shares it intends to buy in order to fulfill "employee" stock incentive plans. So, let the insurance companies defend the position in court as it appears as though Adaptec has no motivation at the moment to take a public stand for the benefit of the (rest of the)shareholders.
