Ours is about the same in NC. Most recent bill was $83.90 for 676 kWh or 12.4 cents/kWh. Summer is our most expensive period due to AC. July was $113.18 for 1169 kWh or 9.7 cents/kWh. There's a fixed charge of $35/month year-round so the overall rate goes down in high usage months.

P.S. I do supplement in cold weather with a Toyostove which uses fuel oil when the heat pump becomes inefficient (30s and below).
