Janice... it is hard to understand what the heck ginsburg is up to....perhaps even he doesnt know. We dont know what he knows..BUT his actions do lend themselves to criticism... I am not up to speed on subjorning perjury...but it would seem to me that lewinsky is involved in subjorning perjury whether or not she wrote those points..because she handed them over.....aiding and abetting..co-conspirator..etcetc btw, on one of the sunday programs G. said that if they were written by a lawyer, it was a lawyer graduating from the bottom of the class... but if I was a lawyer writing them...would I write them as sounding like a lawyer. NO WAY....for a NUMBER of reasons...
