Hi Kirk, I like your position and agree with it except, I've recently changed my position just a bit. I used to think it was all about getting the environmentalists votes. I think with the price of gas, that has changed. Everybody wants clean air and water. The carbon scam is just that per many scientists. Many independents watch their pocket book and the carbon "Urgent NEED" has eliminated common sense on the very long term transition away from fossil fuels. It should be done slowly and avoid the unintended consequences that EUroland has suffered from. That view is now becoming much more embraced vs even a year ago. I now see a lot of people wanting inexpensive energy and a transition that allows for inexpensive alternatives. Alternatives that do not decrease the average lifestyle we Americans enjoy. Its healthy. Biden has been blind to this switch. He remains anti fossil fuels even if Europeans freeze at night. That's a position that should not be entertained , yet it seems to be steadfastly held. I think his inability to pivot is a financial thing. It adds credibility to the thought that Russia has funded these cult like over zealous environment groups. Biden can't pivot, because it would end the flow of money to the Dems. It may not be all about votes, it may be all about money. The money needed to rig elections and assure their grip on power. That's my spin on why he can't see it is time to pivot, but can NOT! Bob
